Ingredients
Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Boiling Water
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Cocktail
- 30ml Juno Gin Autumn 2021
- 20ml Cinnamon Honey Syrup
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 30ml Cranberry
- 60ml Fever Tree Italian Blood Orange Soda
Method
- Top a short glass with Ice.
- Add all ingredients and stir.
- Garnish with an orange peel twirled around a cinnamon quill.
