How to make a booking

These are often First Pour evenings, celebrating the release of the latest Seasonal Gin, but are also available as a group booking. Note that a minimum of 20 working days is required for a booking.

The Juno Gin distillery is a cute little secret, hidden in the Borrell Park industrial area of New Plymouth
Our New Plymouth Distillery
A charcoal grey building discretely called Begin Distilling at 16d Sunley Street is where the magic happens. Housing “Lila”, a 400 litre copper pot still built locally by Rivet Engineering alongside the smaller research still, this is the heart of the distilling operation.
Begin Distilling has recently begun an expansion of its bottling area and is building a tasting room and reception/sales area, but currently visitors are straight into the thick of things – through the office, a safety briefing, and then into the distillery.
