The Oracle Cocktail made with our Spring 21 Seasonal Gin.

Served in a short glass topped ice and garnished with sage - recipe below 🙌

Ingredients

45mls Juno Spring 2021 Gin
10ml Dry Vermouth
3 Sage leaves
10mls Lemon juice
10mls Sugar syrup (1:1 Sugar & Boiling water)
60mls Fever-Tree Grapefruit Soda

Method

In your short glass stir together the Spring 21 Gin, Sage (Smack the sage leaves to release the aromatics), Vermouth, Sugar Syrup, Lemon & ice.
Top with Grapefruit Soda
Garnish with a Grapefruit slice
If serving in a Martini Glass or Coupe, strain the mixture and garnish with a sage leaf.
