• In compliance with liquor licensing laws, all recipients must be 18 years or older
• If your house is on the NZ Rural Delivery Postal route you’ll need to allow an additional 2 business days for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email from us with the tracking number for delivery.
• Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed the next business day. We aim to deliver your items as soon as possible but dispatch times indicated are subject to change.
• All parcels must be signed for on delivery. Please ensure someone will be available at your chosen address to sign for your delivery. If no one is available to sign for your delivery, a Card-to-call will be left by the delivery company for you to arrange collection/redelivery where available.

Customs, Duties & Border Control – Because you are importing alcohol into Australia, your package may be subject to Australian customs duties, excise taxes, and processing fees. These costs are not included in our store’s shipping rates and must be paid by the customer upon arrival into the country.
