Ingredients
- 30ml Juno Extra Fine
- 15ml Limoncello
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml honey syrup (2:1 honey and boiling water)
- 90ml tonic water
- Ice
- Rose Petals and Mint
Method
- Squeeze lemon juice into glass, add a large scoop of ice
- Add Juno Extra Fine Gin, Limoncello and tonic water.
- Stir ingredients
- Add honey syrup to taste.
- Garnish with rose petals and mint, pinching mint to disburse mint essence.
