Ingredients
- 45mls Spring 2025 Gin
- 20mls Mandarin juice
- 15mls Sage and Horopito sugar syrup (1:1 ratio of boiling water and sugar, fresh sage and horopito)
- 5mls Lime Juice
Method
- In a shaker, add the Juno Spring 2025 Gin, freshly squeezed mandarin and lime juice, & sugar syrup.
- Add ice & shake.
- Double Strain the cocktail into a coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with dried orange or mandarin.
