Spring Sour

Ingredients
  • 45mls Spring 2025 Gin
  • 20mls Mandarin juice
  • 15mls Sage and Horopito sugar syrup (1:1 ratio of boiling water and sugar, fresh sage and horopito)
  • 5mls Lime Juice
Method
  • In a shaker, add the Juno Spring 2025 Gin, freshly squeezed mandarin and lime juice, & sugar syrup.
  • Add ice & shake.
  • Double Strain the cocktail into a coupe or martini glass.
  • Garnish with dried orange or mandarin.
