Ingredients
  • 45ml Honey it’s Thyme Vermouth
  • Half a fresh Orange
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Honey Syrup or Sugar Syrup ( both 1:1  honey/sugar & boiling water)
Method
  • Squeeze the half orange into a shaker and drop it in.
  • Add the Honey it’s Thyme Vermouth, honey syrup & lemon juice.
  • Shake with ice & strain into a coupe or martini glass.
  • Garnish with an orange peel & thyme sprig.
