Ingredients
The flavour only intensifies after being left to infuse.
- 45ml Juno Extra Fine Gin
- 100ml Apple Juice
- 2 slices cucumber
- 2 basil leaves
- 2 wedges of lime
- 2 apple slices
Method
To get the cucumber skewer garnish, use a peeler to get a long thin strip of cucumber and thread it onto the skewer.
- Cut Cucumber slices, lime wedges and apple, then add to your glass with basil.
- Add Juno Extra Fine Gin
- Top with Ice
- Add apple juice
- Stir and enjoy
