Ingredients
- Juno Summer 2020 Gin
- Lime Juice
- Elderflower Liqueur
- Pink Pepper corns
- Rose Petals
Method
- In a Shaker or Jar Muddle/Crush 4 Pink Peppercorns
- Add 45ml Juno Summer 2020 Gin
- 10ml Lime Juice
- 20ml Elderflower Liquor
- Top with Ice, lid on and shake
- Strain into a coupe or martini
- Garnish with rose petals & pink peppercorns for flavour and aroma
- Stretch it out by pouring over ice & adding Tonic or Soda water
