Ingredients
- Juno Extra Fine Gin
- Black tea (1 bag to 200mls boiling water)
- 20mls Pimms
- Lemon
- Mint
Method
Prepare your black tea with boiling water an set aside to cool.
When your tea has cooled, add it to a tall glass with ice.
Add the Extra Fine Gin, Pimms, squeezed wedge of lemon 3 mint leaves.
Stir & enjoy.
Not sweet enough for you? Add sugar to your liking.
