Ingredients
- 30mls Juno Winter 2024 Gin
- 10mls Maple Syrup
- 2 Drops Vanilla Essence
- 60mls Oat Milk (or your choice of milk, try Rice milk for a Horchata-inspired drink)
- Ground Nutmeg
- Lemon peel
Method
In your shaker add your Winter Gin, Maple Syrup, Vanilla Essence & Oat Milk.
Add a small dash of ground nutmeg, don’t overdo it.
Peel & add 1 strip of lemon peel.
Top with Ice & Shake.
Pour the whole mixture with the ice into a tall or short glass.
If you have a Brulee torch at home, slice a wheel of lemon and coat it with a thick layer of sugar. Torch the sugar until melted and slightly brown. Let it cool then slide off the lemon and add it as your garnish.
If you don’t have a Brulee torch, garnish with a lemon peel or cinnamon quill.
