Ingredients
- 30ml Spring 2024 Gin
- 20mls Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup (1:1 Sugar:Boiling Water)
- Fever Tree Wild Raspberry Tonic
- 3 wedges Granny Smith Apple
Method
Cut up your apple wedges into small chunks and muddle in your shaker.
In your shaker add Spring 2024 Gin, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup & a scoop of ice.
Shake & strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
Top with the Raspberry Tonic and stir.
Garnish with a thick ribbon of apple peel.
