Ingredients
- 45ml Juno Extra Fine Gin
- 20ml Honey itβs Thyme Vermouth
- 4 Thyme Sprigs
- 2 Cucumber slices
- 4 Lemon wheels
- Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
Method
In a tall glass add Juno Extra Fine Gin, Honey itβs Thyme Vermouth, 3 Thyme Sprigs, Cucumber, and Lemon wheels.
Top with Ice. Add with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and stir.
Garnish with a Thyme sprig.
