Fiddler’s Green

Ingredients
  • 45ml Juno Extra Fine Gin
  • 10ml Dry Vermouth
  • 4 Thyme Sprigs
  • 2 Cucumber slices
  • 4 Lemon wheels
  • Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
Method

In a tall glass add Juno Extra Fine Gin, Dry Vermouth, 3 Thyme Sprigs, Cucumber, and Lemon wheels.

Top with Ice. Add with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and stir.

Garnish with a Thyme sprig.
