Ingredients
- 45ml Autumn 23 Gin
- 20ml Orange Juice
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup (1:1 sugar & boiling water)
- 1 Egg White (or substitute with a cocktail foaming agent)
- 30ml Red Wine (a peppery Merlot or Cabernet)
- Orange Peel
Method
In a cocktail shaker, add the Autumn 23 Gin, orange juice, lemon juice, sugar syrup & egg white. Dry shake (shake with no ice).
Add ice to the shaker & shake, hard. Sieve shaken mixture over ice.
Slowly pour the red wine over the back of a teaspoon so that the wine floats on top of the drink.
Garnish with the orange peel.
