Ingredients
- 45ml Juno Winter 2021 Gin
- 30ml Pineapple Juice
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 30ml Fever-Tree Ginger-beer
Method
- Combine Juno Winter 2021 Gin, Pineapple Juice & Lemon Juice into a Cocktail Shaker.
- Shake with Ice.
- Strain into glass.
- Add Ginger-beer.
- Garnish with a few drops of Angostura bitters.
- Enjoy!
