Ingredients
Method
  • Pour Juno gin, lemon juice and elderflower syrup into a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake vigorously.
  • Strain into a Champagne flute. Top up the champagne flute with your favourite brut or champagne and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
  • Toast and enjoy!
