Ingredients
45ml Juno Spring 2021 Gin
10ml Dry Vermouth
Sage leaves
10ml Lemon juice
10ml Sugar syrup (1:1 Sugar & Boiling water)
60ml Fever-Tree Grapefruit Soda
Method
- In your short glass stir together the Spring 21 Gin, Sage (smack the sage leaves to release the aromatics), Vermouth, sugar syrup, lemon & ice.
- Top with grapefruit soda.
- Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
*If serving in a Martini Glass or Coupe, strain the mixture and garnish with a sage leaf.
