Ingredients
- 45ml Juno Extra Fine Gin
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 5ml Elderflower Syrup
- 60ml Brut
- Rosemary Sprig
Method
- Pour Juno gin, lemon juice and elderflower syrup into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into a Champagne flute. Top up the champagne flute with your favourite brut or champagne and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
- Toast and enjoy!
