Below are different cocktails using a mix of the Summer Seasonals and Juno Extra Fine.

Poet’s Spritz
Ingredients:
45ml Juno Gin Summer 2020
15ml Aperol
1x passionfruit
120ml Soda
2x Passionfruit Vine
1x Lemon Slice
METHOD
Strain one passionfruit into short tumbler glass. Place pulp to the side for garnish.
Add ice, stir until well chilled. Add Juno Gin and Aperol. And more ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with lemon slice and passionfruit vines. Using a teaspoon layer the pulp on lemon slice.
Kick back. Relax. Sip. Enjoy
Burnt Apricot Spritz
Ingredients:
60ml Juno Summer 2019
1x burnt apricot, cut into 4 pieces
15ml lemon juice
120ml lemonade
1x rosemary sprig
METHOD
Place 3 pieces of burnt apricot into a cocktail shaker, add ice and Juno Gin.
Shake vigorously until ell incorporated. Pour cocktail into winer glass and top with lemonade. Add the juice from half a lemon, stir.
Garnish with 1 piece of burnt apricot slice and rosemary.
Burnt Apricots
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp of brown sugar
6 apricots, pip removed
Mix the apricots in sugar, cinnamon and salt. Allow to marinate at room temperature for a couple of hours.
Heat a cast iron-pan until smoking or place on the BBQ until smokey and hot.
Summers Kiss
Ingredients:
60ml Juno Summer 2018
30 ml Limoncello
30 ml lemon
90 ml tonic water
Honeycomb, pansy
Add extra honey to taste
METHOD
Squeeze lemon juice into glass, add ice if desired
Add Juno Summer 2018 Gin, Limoncello and tonic water
Stir ingredients, pinching mint and adding to glass to disburse mint essence
Add honey to taste. Garnish with a piece of honeycomb and a pansy of favourite edible flower of choice
Festive Fizz– Sure to add some colour and pizzazz to your festivities.
Ingredients:
50ml Juno Extra Fine
30ml homemade raspberry syrup
15ml fresh lemon juice
Small sprig of rosemary
Dried raspberries
METHOD
Shake with ice and pour into glass.
Top with ice and soda.

Juno Mistletoe- The perfect accompaniment to Christmas.
Ingredients:
60ml Juno Extra Fine Gin
30 ml Pomegranate Juice
30 ml Lime Juice
60ml Soda Water
1 tsp of honey
3 x Fresh Strawberries
2 x Fresh Mint Sprig
METHOD
Add ice to a glass, pour Juno Extra Fine gin, lime juice, pomegranate juice and soda water in glass.
Stir for twenty seconds until well incorporated.
Pluck 6-8 mint leaves and stir through cocktail.
Cut 2 strawberries into quarters and stir through cocktail.
Melt your honey and drizzle over the top of the glass. Garnish with mint sprig and strawberry.
