Ingredients
- 45ml Winter 2025 Seasonal Gin
- 20ml Lime juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup (1:1 boiling water to sugar)
- Black salt (for the rim)
Method
- Rim half of a short glass with black salt
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well.
- Pour (with ice) into the prepared glass.
