Lemon has always been a flavour to love, whether it’s the tang of lemon meringue pie, the chill of lemonade popsicles, or the zest of lemon rind in a gremolata.
In 2025, lemon is having its moment. With Limoncello Spritz tipped as the cocktail of the year and citrus trees bursting with golden fruit, we’ve embraced the season and crafted a gin that captures the mood of Autumn.
Our Autumn Seasonal Release is a celebration of late-harvest lemons, delivering a silky lemon curd richness that lingers on the palate. We’ve layered in sweet almonds, honey, toasted coconut, and a hint of nutmeg, a subtle spice that adds depth and warmth, much like the transition from summer’s brightness to autumn’s cozy embrace.
The result? A gin that’s still fresh but carries a satisfying richness, perfect for an evening by the fire or an Autumn-inspired cocktail.

Congratulations to our Winning Artist – Craig Jones
Craig Jones is an award winning graphic designer based in the beach-side city of New Plymouth.
Growing up in a musical family, Craig is also a keen singer songwriter, so music was a natural inspiration for the label artwork for Autumn 2025. Inspired by illustrations found in old jazz posters he draw the original Trumpeter with pen and paper, before scanning it in and crafting the final artwork using Adobe Illustrator.
