Inspired by a bountiful harvest of quince, and created during the depths of the Covid-19 lockdown, this gin really is about that yearning for family and friends. The Christmas-inspired spices bring end-of-year gatherings warmly to heart. Lightly fruity with hidden depths, and not too sweet, this gin is enjoyable as a digestif served neat, or as an aperitif with tonic and a slice of orange.
Best Served With: Enjoy neat alongside cheese, crackers and quince paste, or mixed with tonic or soda and garnished with orange.
