Ingredients
- 60ml Juno Extra Fine Gin
- 30ml lime juice
- 45ml ginger beer
- 15ml pineapple juice
- 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Fresh mint sprigs
- Orange slice
Method
- Pour Juno gin, lime juice, pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and dump into a tall glass.
- Top up glass with ice and ginger beer.
- Dash your angostura bitters top and stir for 5 seconds.
- Garnish with mint sprig, lime and orange slice.
