Deepavali Cocktail

Ingredients
  • 60ml Deepavali Gin
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 15ml cumin honey syrup (see method)
  • 30g cumin
  • 200ml honey
Method

How to make cumin honey syrup:

You’ll need – 30g cumin and 200ml honey. Toast the cumin seeds, add 200ml of water and let it simmer until it reduced. Remove from the fire. Add 200ml honey to this, mix well and let it sit (in a closed pan) for about 6 hours).

Then add a dash of black salt, a splash of tonic water and basil leaves to garnish.

Enjoy.
