Ingredients
- 60ml Juno Summer 2018
- 30ml limoncello
- 30ml lemon
- 90ml tonic water
- Honeycomb, pansy
- Add extra honey to taste
Method
- Squeeze lemon juice into glass, add ice if desired.
- Add Juno Summer 2018 Gin, Limoncello and tonic water.
- Stir ingredients, pinching mint and adding to glass to disburse mint essence.
- Add honey to taste.
- Garnish with a piece of honeycomb and a pansy or favourite edible flower of choice.
